Not really a term you want to hear at an OB appointment, rescue progesterone. Baby too small, heartbeat too slow (70 bpm). Rx for progesterone supplement and repeat ultrasound in 12 days.
I'm small - I weigh100 lbs small, so I'm thinking that maybe this baby is just small too. We'll see.
We were looking forward to telling everyone our news when we go home for Christmas, but even the doc kinda recommended against it.
Ugh, I'm sorry. I'm hoping he's just a late bloomer and will surprise everyone at the next ultrasound. Hang in there!

Hoping everything improves soon, I am so hopeful for everything to work out for you. When is your next appointment scheduled?

Oh, my dear.
Thinking of you.

At my first ob appointment for my second pregnancy, my doctor actually said the words, "Well, I'll give you a prescription for progesterone, and hopefully sav-...I mean... help this pregnancy along."
Not really what you want to hear indeed.
The progesterone did help...I will heap the same prayers and positive thoughts over your way.
Heaping heaping heaping....

I hope that the progesterone works. It helped me get my girl. Wishing you luck and hopefully lots of joy over the Holidays.

That does suck. I hate it when medical professionals can't help but add to the ominous feeling. Not that they mean to, it just happens that way.
For whatever its worth, I was on progesterone with both girls. I know that probably doesn't help much, but make of it what you will.
You're in my thoughts.

Ah bollocks, that's not helpful. Hoping it's a redundant moniker.
